2001 Show Season

Our first show was Sat. June 9th. in New Boston, NH. We only
took a few Saanens. Journey our dry yearling took Jr. GCH and
Joy our 3 year old - 2nd. freshener took Res. GCH. We ended
up with 3 - firsts, 1 - second and 1 - third.

We went to the Nationals and had a great time. You can check

After Nationals we only did a couple shows: Rochester Fair in
N.H. and 2 days at Topsfield Fair in Mass. Here is how we did -
Rochester: Saanen Milkers - Pearl was B.O.B., Joy was GCH,
Minnie Pearl was Res. GCH., Lily - 1st. and Blossom 3rd. In
Dam and Daughter Pearl and Minnie Pearl took 1st. with Lily
and Blosson 2nd. In Recorded Grade Milkers Bambi took 3rd.
In the Junior Show: Saanens - Journey was GCH, Destiny
3rd., Maggie 3rd., and 1st. Jr. Get of Sire. In Lamanchas Jade
was 3rd. and Opal was 5th. In Recorded Grade Honey Bun
was 5th.

Topsfield: Saanen Milkers - Minnie Pearl was GCH, Joy was
Res. GCH, Lily 1st., Blossom 2nd. In Produce of Dam Pearl
and Blossom took 1st. In Best 3 Lily, Pearl, and Minnie Pearl
took 1st. In Recorded Grade Milkers Bambi took 1st. In the
Junior Show: Saanens - Destiny 1st, and Journey 2nd. In
LaManchas - Jade 2nd. and Opal 3rd. In Recorded Grade -
Honey Bun was Res. GCH. The 2nd. day was a Junior Show
with them all finishing the same as the first day.

It was a great show season and it was a pleasure the see all
our old friends and meet a lot of new ones.
